What business challenges were you facing before joining Exquisitely British?
Similar to most small businesses we wanted to increase awareness of our products and increase traffic to our site. With limited time, budget and skills it meant relying word of mouth and handing out literature at shows and markets.
What was your main reason for deciding to work with us?
We were really looking for some help with promotion but wanted someone who was primarily promoting products that are made to a high quality within the UK. In that respect Exquisitely British ticked all the boxes! Clare’s passion for quality could clearly be seen in the EB website, branding and all the various social media pages.
What results have you seen as a result of being a member with EB?
Since joining we’ve received an excellent amount of traffic referrals coming from the EB site. Our sales promotions have been boosted by finding a new audience with Clare’s helpful posts on Facebook and Twitter.
Would you recommend us to other businesses? Why?

What do you think we do well?
Clare is always just an email away, she's extremely proactive and provides enthusiasm for our products at every step!
Is there anything that we could be doing better?
Not particularly. Exquisitely British is a constantly evolving entity, always looking fresh and showing that the wheels are constantly in motion.
